Return Policy

  • Within 30 days of the delivery date, you may return a product from us for a refund, less a 25% restocking fee for non-defective returns, including shipments that have never been opened and refused items. Defective returns will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Software cannot be returned unless it is not installable due to a physical problem with the media, in which case it will be replaced with the same item. New, factory-sealed retail-boxed software cannot be returned under ANY circumstances, including bad media from the factory. It is ultimately the buyer's responsibility to ensure that any hardware or software purchased will work with his/her machine and be compatible with any other hardware or software he/she is using. Hardcore Mac does not offer technical support for any hardware or software we sell. Battery life is not guaranteed when purchasing used PowerBooks. Shipping charges are not refundable. The cost for return shipping and sufficient insurance against loss and/or damage is the responsibility of the buyer. If your order is incomplete or you did not receive what you ordered, you must notify us within 7 days of the date the product was delivered to the shipping address, or we will not be responsible. There are no returns after 30 days. Special order items cannot be returned.

  • Factory-sealed or new, open box Apple computers cannot be returned under any circumstances. They are covered by Apple's factory warranty and should be taken for repair to any Apple-Authorized Service Center. If the Apple unit is damaged or lost during shipping, the buyer agrees to wait for a resolution until the UPS claim process has been completed.

  • Apple logic boards (motherboards) must be installed by an Apple-Authorized Service Provider. Installation by any other party completely voids our warranty. The following Apple Service Part numbers are excluded from this clause: 661-2331, 661-2251, 661-2302, 661-2087, and 661-2397. In the case of the specified part numbers, the end user can install the product while preserving our warranty coverage.

  • You must get prior authorization before returning a product to us. We only accept returns in the same condition and packaging in which they were shipped. Incomplete or unauthorized returns can be returned to you at your cost. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
